Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received prior to September 30, 2019 will be refunded the paid registration fee less $25 for processing.
  
• Cancellations received after September 30, 2019 will not be refunded. 
• All registrations and payments MUST be received no later than September 30, 2019.  All program materials and on-site meals (with the exception of Thursday night's dinner) are included in your registration fee.
• Late off-line registrations for team leaders will be $50.
• Latte off-line registrations for team members will be the regular registration rate plus a 20% service charge.
