AIAMC Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for the AIAMC Annual Meeting will be refunded less a $100 processing fee so long as the cancellation is made prior to online registration closing.  After online registration closes, there will be no refunds.  More details below.

Cancellations for AIAMC National Initiative meetings will be refunded less a $25 processing fee so long as the cancellation is made prior to online registration closing.  After online registration closes, there will be no refunds.  More details below.

Cancellations for AIAMC virtual learning opportunities such as webinars and teleconferences will not be refunded.

2021 Annual Meeting (March 25-27, 2021)

  • Cancellations received prior to March 1, 2021 will be refunded the paid registration fees less $100 for processing.
  • Cancellations received after March 1, 2021 will not be refunded.
  • Late offline registrations will be the regular registration rate plus a 20% service charge.

National Initiative VII Meeting Three (October 8-9, 2020)

  • Cancellations received prior to October 1, 2020 will be refunded the paid registration fees less $25 for processing.
  • Cancellations received after October 1, 2020 will not be refunded.
  • Late offline registrations for team leaders will be $50.
  • Late offline registrations for team members will be the regular registration rate plus a 20% service charge
