Online registrations for National Initiative (NI) IX Meeting One are now being accepted.  Team leaders or their designees are required to attend, and all team members are encouraged to attend as schedules and budgets allow. Our conference rate is just $299/night. 

NI IX Meeting One will be held on Friday, October 13th at the Omni Chicago Hotel and will focus on Understanding Social and Moral Determinants of Health and its Impact on Health Outcomes and the Clinical Learning Environment.  

The day begins at 7:30 am with breakfast and networking.  Opening Remarks by National Initiative IX Co-Chairs will begin at 8:30 am. Morning sessions include a moving personal story our keynote address, a review of AIAMC resources, and a practical, hands-on tutorial on data/measurement tools. 

Following lunch, NI IX Co-Chairs will facilitate brief feedback on the morning sessions.  Most of our time in the afternoon will be devoted to cohort breakouts.  Institutional team time will be included as well as interactive table-top exercises Meeting One concludes with a National Advisory Council Members reactor panel, and we depart directly after closing remarks to allow attendees ample flight opportunities back home.  However, hotel rooms will be available for those who wish to stay overnight on Friday.

Cancellations received prior to September 29, 2023, will be refunded the paid registration fee less $25 for processing. Cancellations received after September 29, 2023, will not be refunded. Late offline registrations for team leaders will be $50.Late offline registrations for team members will be the regular registration rate plus a 20% service charge.
