NI IX Meeting One will be held on Friday, October 13th at the Omni Chicago Hotel and will focus on Understanding Social and Moral Determinants of Health and its Impact on Health Outcomes and the Clinical Learning Environment.

The day begins at 7:30 am with breakfast and networking. Opening Remarks by National Initiative IX Co-Chairs will begin at 8:30 am. Morning sessions include a moving personal story our keynote address, a review of AIAMC resources, and a practical, hands-on tutorial on data/measurement tools.

Following lunch, NI IX Co-Chairs will facilitate brief feedback on the morning sessions. Most of our time in the afternoon will be devoted to cohort breakouts. Institutional team time will be included as well as interactive table-top exercises Meeting One concludes with a National Advisory Council Members reactor panel, and we depart directly after closing remarks to allow attendees ample flight opportunities back home. There will, however, be hotel rooms available for those who wish to stay overnight on Friday.

• NI IX Meeting One registration closes Friday, September 29, 2023.

• Please note all registrations and payments MUST be received by Friday September 29, 2023. All program materials and on-site meals (with the exception of Friday night's dinner as we will conclude promptly at 4:15pm CT) are included in your registration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received prior to September 29, 2023, will be refunded the paid registration fee less a $25 for processing. Cancellations received after September 29, 2023, will not be refunded.

Late off-line registrations for team leaders will be $50.

Late off-line registrations for team members will be the regular registration rate plus a 20% service charge.
