Instructions to Claim CME Credit

1.       Click here or scan QR code below with your device

2.       Enter your email address and click Retrieve Contact Information. Verify your information is correct or enter if needed. Click Next.

3.       To print your certificate, Click here to retrieve the certificate.

4.       All conferences you have attended will be listed. Scroll to AIAMC 2026 Annual Meeting and  National Initiative X Meeting Two.

5.       Click the pencil icon        in the Credits Claimed column to enter your credits, then click Save.

6.       Click Print Certificate next to the meeting. If you receive an error, please refresh the page then click Print Certificate.

You can visit this site to print your certificate(s) at any time for your records.
