Attendee Cancels Their Registration

• Cancellations for the AIAMC Annual Meeting will be refunded less a $125 processing fee so long as the cancellation is made prior to online registration closing.  After online registration closes, there will be no refunds.  Online registration for the 2021 Annual Meeting closes on March 5, 2021.
• Cancellations for AIAMC National Initiative meetings will be refunded less a $25 processing fee so long as the cancellation is made prior to online registration closing.  After online registration closes, there will be no refunds.  Online registration for National Initiative VII Meeting Four closes on March 5, 2021.
• Cancellations for AIAMC Virtual Learning opportunities will not be refunded. 

AIAMC Cancels an Event

• Attendees who registered at an In-person rate for the AIAMC Annual Meeting will receive a 50% refund with the understanding that all plenary sessions will be offered virtually at no additional charge.  Attendees who registered at a virtual rate for the AIAMC Annual Meeting will not be refunded with the understanding that all plenary sessions will be offered virtually at no additional charge.
• Attendees who registered at an In-person rate for an AIAMC National Initiative meeting will receive a 50% refund with the understanding that all plenary sessions will be offered virtually at no additional charge.  Attendees who registered at a virtual rate for an AIAMC National Initiative meeting will not be refunded with the understanding that all plenary sessions will be offered virtually at no additional charge.
• Virtual Learning sessions canceled by the AIAMC will be fully refunded.

Late Offline Registration

• Late offline registrations for the AIAMC Annual Meeting will be processed at the regular registration rate plus a 20% service charge.
• Late offline registrations for an AIAMC National Initiative meeting will be processed at the regular registration rate plus a 20% service charge for team members and at a flat rate of $50 for team leaders.
• Late offline registrations for the Virtual Learning sessions will be processed at the regular registration rate plus a 20% service charge.
