Bagian, MD, PE, will provide the keynote address. Dr. Bagian
is the founding Director of
the Center for Healthcare Engineering and Patient Safety at the University of
Michigan. Previously he served as the first and founding director of the
Veterans Administration’s National Center for Patient Safety, as founding co-chair
of the ACGME Clinical Learning Environment Review (CLER) and was a NASA
astronaut for over 15 years. Breakout
sessions and workshops facilitated by AIAMC members will bring to life the
conference’s key topics of C-Suite perspective, GME as a strategic asset, future curricula and funding.
