Registration is now open for AIAMC National Initiative X Meeting Three! 🎉

We’re looking forward to bringing everyone together for AIAMC National Initiative X Meeting Three on Friday, October 9, 2026, via zoom, for a day focused on learning from one another, sharing experiences, and strengthening our projects together.

Meeting Three will focus on the Macro Environment Approach: Supporting the Clinical Learning Environment and Seeking Input from Others

10:00–10:15 am | Welcome & Opening Remarks

We’ll kick things off with a warm welcome from our NI X Co-Chairs and set the stage for the day ahead.

10:15–11:15 am | Interactive Exercise: Unintended Consequences Roundtable

We’ll explore what happens when projects don’t go exactly as planned—and, more importantly, what we can learn from those experiences. This interactive session will give teams an opportunity to reflect, share, and identify lessons that can be applied moving forward.

11:50 am–2:00 pm | Cohort Breakouts: Storyboard Presentations 

This is a key part of our day! Teams will present storyboards, exchange feedback, and benefit from the meaningful perspectives of our NI X National Advisory Council members.

2:00–2:15 pm | Reflection Word Cloud 

We’ll wrap up our shared learning by asking everyone to contribute one word that captures their experience of Meeting Three.

2:15–2:30 pm | Closing Remarks

We’ll come back together for final reflections and closing thoughts from our NI X Co-Chairs.

Meeting Three is about learning from our experiences, supporting one another, and creating space for meaningful feedback and collaboration.
