Connecting Education to Exceptional Patient Care 2024 Annual Meeting

April 4 – 6, 2024

Loews Ventana Canyon Resort

Tucson, Arizona

Join key leaders from independent academic medical centers around the country at Connecting Education to Exceptional Patient Care 2024 Annual Meeting.  Our conference theme of The Power of Community: Creating a Canopy, Strengthening our Roots will be delivered by outstanding, nationally- recognized speakers in an atmosphere of networking and dialogue you won’t find at any other national meeting.  Key topics will include community, advocacy, and the social and moral determinants of health.

Atul Grover, MD, PhD, Executive Director, AAMC Research and Action Institute, will provide the keynote address focusing on his unique insights regarding actions inside the beltway and their implications for teaching hospitals and medical schools.  Dr. Grover is the inaugural executive director of the Association of American Medical Colleges’ Research and Action Institute. The institute convenes national experts to examine the most critical issues affecting the missions and institutions of academic medicine; develop policy and programmatic solutions; and harness member medical schools, teaching hospitals and academic health systems, and academic societies to test, validate, and scale effective change.

The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held at the beautiful Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. This four-diamond luxury resort is located at the base of Tucson’s Santa Catalina Mountains. Private balconies with every guest room provide front-row seats to breathtaking views of the mountains, an 80-foot waterfall, and the city lights of Tucson.   Our special conference rate is just $269/night.
