Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received prior to March 5, 2020 will be refunded the paid registration fee less $25 for processing.
• Cancellations received after March 5, 2020 will not be refunded. 
• All registrations and payments MUST be received no later than March 5, 2020.  All registrations must be paid at the time of registration by credit card. 
• All program materials and on-site meals (with the exception of Friday night's dinner) are included in your registration fee.
• Late off-line registrations for team leaders will be $50.
• Late off-line registrations for team members will be the regular registration rate plus a 20% service charge.
