Join us on Wednesday, October 16th at 2:00 pm ET for AIAMConnect’s “Holistic Recruitment in a DEI-Challenged Environment”.  We know that most of our members will be about one month into the interviewing season, and we’d love to learn about your early strategies, what has worked, and what has not.  AIAMConnect sessions are a safe space for our members to share and vent and are not recorded.  

Hear from AIAMC colleagues who are in their third recruitment year using a rubric to capture leadership, altruism, advocacy, additional training, as well as characteristics that may have put a student at an academic disadvantage.  We will also hear from AIAMC members in OB-Gyn and their struggles with DEI sensitivity in their first year outside of the ERAS system.  Finally, members in states with DEI bans will share the barriers faced and approaches taken.  We look forward to hearing from YOU and what your hospital is doing this recruitment season to best ensure a workforce that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive!

There is no charge to AIAMC members for this 55-minute Zoom session, but pre-registration is required.
