Academic Division Chief -Gastroenterology
Job Description / Duties
Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for the leadership role of Academic Division Chief at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, serving as a leader charged with developing and overseeing comprehensive Gastroenterology Programs that build the division and ultimately prepare for submission of applications for the GI Fellowship Program. Our focus is to meet the needs of all patients in New Jersey and beyond.
Qualifications / Required Skills
The successful candidate is an experienced Gastroenterologist with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience with proven leadership and clinical skills, strong communication, academic and scholarly skills with a commitment to outstanding patient care and the desire to build a world-class service. They will be a unifying force for GI services and build a center of excellence - a leader for education, research and scholarship.
