Family Medicine Program Director

Job Description / Duties

Our Opportunity 

OhioHealth is hiring a Family Medicine Program Director to provide clinical and academic leadership for the residency training program at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

      Position will include resident education, curriculum development, creating and administering didactics, and have involvement with the clinical competency network.

·       Prior experience leading quality improvement projects and demonstrated participation in multi-disciplinary efforts in quality improvement is required.

·       The hired physician will engage with residents regarding specific opportunities for improvement and decreasing variation in practice patterns among graduates.

·       Doctors Hospital has a strong emphasis on the osteopathic program and is recognized by the ACGME.

Qualifications / Required Skills

DO and MD candidates considered. The ideal candidate will be board certified in family medicine and have at least 3 years of experience in family medicine residency programs accredited by the ACGME. Seeking strong OMM clinical and teaching experience, and strong osteopathic principals and practice.
