Job Description / Duties
This position acts as a subject matter expert and provides oversight in to resident onboarding/offboarding, certifications and credentialing. Develops, implements, manages, and maintains operational systems and activities for assigned subject matter domain. Ensures process and policy development and/or maintenance is in alignment with Human Resources, corporate compliance, and/or outside regulators. Manages activities for an assigned population of trainees across multiple domains. Hours are primarily 8-5 M-F. Potential to split time between in office and remote after training period.
