Lead the Future of Medical Education with HealthPartners!
Are you a passionate leader ready to make a system-wide impact? HealthPartners Institute is excited to announce a dynamic new opportunity: Director of Graduate Medical Education (GME). In this pivotal role, you’ll shape the operational strategy, quality, and growth of GME programs across our integrated healthcare system — supporting the next generation of physicians while working alongside a mission-driven team.
HealthPartners Institute sponsors 10 graduate medical education residencies and fellowships accredited by the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME) and the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
Our outstanding faculty train residents and fellows in a variety of clinical settings that include eight hospitals and 50+ clinics across HealthPartners. The clinical learning environment is collaborative, innovative and inclusive to support education and career development.

Qualifications / Required Skills
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or ten or more years of progressive leadership experience in lieu of degree
Operations, budgeting and finance experience in healthcare required if no GME experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate Medical Education administration experience strongly preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
