The Guthrie Clinic’s Robert Packer Hospital anesthesiology residency program seeks a Director of Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management to oversee clinical and educational activities related to regional anesthesia and acute pain management.  The ideal candidate will be fellowship trained in regional anesthesia and/or acute pain management.  The Director will oversee the Acute Pain Management Service as well as the regional anesthesia didactic program and rotation.  In addition to clinical activities and education, this anesthesiologist will have the opportunity to conduct clinical research with the aid of the Guthrie Foundation.  Guthrie’s Epic electronic health record facilitates retrospective reviews.  Research coordinators within the foundation can assist with prospective studies.

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Above industry average salary - $525K to $575K base salary
• $25K Starting Bonus and $25K Retention Bonus after one year
