Quality and Safety Fellow - OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital

Job Description / Duties

The one-year fellowship is sponsored by OhioHealth’s GME to prepare residency graduates as leaders and teachers in quality improvement and patient safety. The fellowship provides a collaborative and dynamic curriculum with didactic training and hands-on learning. Faculty includes quality/safety leaders and medical education/faculty development experts. Fellows network with a diverse group of healthcare experts and participate in top institutional QI/PS projects. Fellows receive a generous salary and benefits package. Past fellows have had numerous state and national presentations and publications, and are now engaged in successful QI careers. We are currently taking applicants for 2019-2020 academic year.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The ideal candidate will have completed an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program and will be board certified or board eligible. A strong interest in teaching is desired.
