Medical Education Coordinator, Graduate Medical Education, Baptist Health South Florida

Job Description / Duties

Gathers data, documents for institutional, program accreditation, and prepares summary reports and presentations for leadership. Assists with preparation for accreditation site visits including scheduling with internal and external stakeholders. Is familiar with accreditation standards and proactively identifies areas of opportunities.

Manages day-to-day administrative functions including organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing purchase orders, preparing financial reports, and maintaining files for the division’s Education Office.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Education qualification: High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED or equivalent training or experience required.

Experience: Two years or more of demonstrated experience in administrative/office management and support preferably in an Academic setting.  Exceptional organizational, professional and interpersonal skills. Bachelors preferred. Computer proficiency, including skills in MS Office and Excel required.  Must be a self-starter exhibiting a high degree of professionalism, resourcefulness, problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
