Elevate your medical career with the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) Quality and Safety Fellowship- a 12-month program led by esteemed directors, offering clinical expertise, academic growth, and a path to shaping the future of healthcare quality and safety initiatives.

The HMH Quality and Safety Fellowship offers a one-year, non-accredited program with a 60% clinical and 40% academic focus, dedicated to enhancing safety, quality, and academic experience.

The fellow will see patients at the HOPE Tower, conduct hospital rounds at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, and provide supervision at the Family Health Center (FHC) in Neptune, NJ.

With a dynamic curriculum encompassing core lectures, safety workshops, and journal clubs, the fellowship focuses on fundamental quality and safety principles and leadership training.

Salary: $84,088.52 (PGY2 Salary) & robust benefits package!
